	Returned items must have a pre-issued "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" number. Prior to returning any item, phone our toll free order desk for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Show the RA number on the outside of the package. Returns for exchange, refund, or credit must be authorized within 15 days after the original shipment date. Returned goods must be in the original packing materials and in new condition with all warranty cards and manuals in order to receive full credit/refund.
